Informal negotiations: An attempt will be made to resolve disputes amicably for 15 days prior to arbitration.
Binding arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by arbitration before the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the rules of the European Arbitration Chamber.
Restrictions: Class action arbitration and third-party representation are not permitted.
Exceptions: Intellectual property, theft, privacy, or precautionary measures.
12. CORRECTIONS
